How Elixia Skin Pro collects, uses, and shares information from customers, practitioners, clinic teams, and people browsing the platform.
Last Updated: October 22, 2026
Overview
This policy describes how Elixia Skin Pro (βwe,β βusβ) handles personal information on the website, the app, and the messages that go with a booking. The platform is used by customers who look for care, by practitioners who take bookings, and by clinic teams who run a listing. Visitors who have not created an account are covered too.
Elixia is the technology platform. An independent clinic or practitioner provides the service you book. Their own privacy practices apply to the clinical record they keep.
Information we may collect
- Account details such as name, email, mobile number, and login credentials.
- The role on the account: customer, practitioner, or clinic staff, and the clinic a practitioner or staff member belongs to.
- Booking details, the service or package chosen, appointment times, and messages sent through the platform.
- The country market you browse. A manual choice is stored for this browser. If you allow location, it is used only to suggest that country, not to publish where you are.
- Reviews, ratings, and photos you choose to post, including before-and-after images.
- Practitioner profile details the practitioner or clinic publishes, such as specializations, credentials, and availability.
- Payment references from the processor that handled a charge. We do not ask the website to store a full card number.
- Technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookie or analytics data.
How information may be used
We use this information to run the marketplace: to show clinics and practitioners in the country you are browsing, to send a booking to the right clinic, to take payment, to keep a record of the visit, to publish a review you submit, and to look after the safety of accounts and listings. We also use it to reply when you contact us and to send service messages about an account or a booking.
We do not sell personal information submitted through the platform.
Health information
The website and the app are not for emergencies or for sending a full medical history to the public. Health information a clinic creates or keeps for treatment is handled under applicable healthcare privacy laws, the clinic's own notice, and our HIPAA Notice where that law applies.
Who we share it with
- The clinic and practitioners involved in a booking or a listing you use.
- Payment processors, who receive what they need to charge or refund.
- Providers who host the platform, send email or text messages, or store files, and only so they can do that work for us.
- Authorities, when the law requires a disclosure.
A service provider that sends messages for us may process a mobile number only to deliver those messages. It may not use that number for its own marketing. Consent to a marketing text is not a condition of booking a service.
Cookies
The website uses cookies to keep you signed in, to remember the country market, and to understand how the site is used. You may limit cookies in your browser. Some features, including the country you last chose, may not stay in place if cookies are blocked.
How long we keep it
Account details stay while the account is open. When an account is deleted, the name, email, phone, address, and profile photo are replaced with anonymous placeholders and the login is disabled. Bookings, visits, reviews, and payment records remain under an anonymous record, because a clinic has to keep them. You can ask from the app, or from the delete-account page if you no longer have the app.
Children
The platform is for people who are at least 18, or who have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where the law allows that. It is not directed at children.
