Delete your account

You can delete your account right away in the Elixia app: sign in, then open Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use the form below and our team will process the request for you.

What happens to your data

Your account is anonymised rather than erased from history. Your name, email, phone number, address, location, and profile photo are replaced with anonymous placeholders, your login is disabled, and practitioner listings are unpublished. Past bookings, visits, reviews, and payment or accounting records stay on file under an anonymous “Deleted user”, because clinics must keep those records and they cannot be deleted. This cannot be undone, and you will not be able to sign in again with the deleted account.
